Does medial canthus cutting actually work?

My medial canthus is shit and i am debating if i should cut it, but idk if it will grow back or if i’ll damage my eye so any info helps.

Sure, it works but also you can blind yourself very easily. Weigh the risks since it wont ascend you either way and a plastic surgeon could probably do it for you way better

Any plastic surgeon you can convince to do it. Not very complicated to do safely at all so any decent surgeon would probably do it

very risky and dangerous
could cause:
scar tissue
infection
asymmetrical eyes
and you probably will have to cut it multiple times after it heals to get permanent results
it’s high risk medium to low reward depending on how severely occluted your canthus is
i would just save up and get a canthoplasty/pexy
