no clue how to max it out but your eyes will look more deep set if your maxilla is forward grown giving you under eye support and if you also have a decent brow ridge.

Cranial base is also important when come to deep set eyes.

You need supraorbitals covering the eye area, so forward (growth) and down/low (position).

I wouldn’t have any high hopes regarding facepulling giving you your desired results. You can always get orbital decompression if you want to have deeper set eyes.

I’m speaking to my ortho RN to see if there’s a way to use a FaceBow/Puller during my MSE treatment or connect it post treatment for bone anchored sagittal expansion
