Few months ago my molar on the top set of teeth on one side suddenly kept hitting the gum, and the the bottom teeth and top molar teeth didn't connect

Ever since then I chew with one side of the mouth

Idk if I should mew or what?

It just feels unnatural for me somehow it always feels like I'm pushing my guy out even when I don't want to

Does anyone know the correct way to mew? Cause I definitely can't do it, it seems so forced

mewing is natural position of your tounge

my tongue always comes down

idk

I heard that a long face can be caused because of mouth breathing but there's not really much evidence to support that, but I am a mouthbreather myself for sure, I get more air out my mouth please I have nose hair

idk if the theory is real tho

also I have a really long tongue so it just keeps pushing bottom teeth out, I'm trying to mew but don't know how to

oh yeah

but idk if the long face is caused by mewing though

cuz lot of motuhbreathers have compact faces

idk really

I mean I do believe in genetic theory but I'm still looking for ways to correct mistakes if they can be corrected

mewing is how your tounge should be,it rises superhyoid and pressure on maxilla.end of story.dont mouthbreath

In my opinion, yes, IF you're young (around 13) with a narrow palate, and have existing poor orthotropic habits
