Lip lift won’t work if you have normal upper teeth show. You will have a disgusting smile afterwards.

The only real fix is maxillary impaction alongside a lip lift. Or a downgraft to increase the lower third relative to the philtrum. Very few doctors will perform a cosmetic Lefort
