Does microdosing Accutane daily work?

Is accutane (isotretinion) worth doing daily on a dose like 20-30mg for aesthetic wise? I mean sure most people use it for severe acne on their face but I have almost no acne just slight pimples and pigmentation with a little bit oil here and dryness there

my skin is not a failo but to actually get your skin top tier and glowy would this work?

i'm on 7.5 mg (for life) and it already provided great results.

40 is just overkill

tbh at 20mg the lips are not that big of a deal, i would say a layer of aquaphor would keep u covered for 6 hrs
