Does milk cause acne

Was just wondering what anybody’s thoughts on this was as I’ve heard so many different opinions on it

There have been multiple studies showing that it does, yogurt being the most likely, whether it's kefir or raw doesn't change anything, milk spikes your igf-1 which in turn causes acne.
