It does for me

well.... the idea that milk causes acne stems from it having trace amounts of igf-1 and estrogen, and a handful of other hormones. the increase from drinking milk shouldn't do much. the only way it could would be for you to have a bad reaction to lactose

Im lactose intolerant but i drink lactose free milk (u know milk with lactase enzyme)

No. It can worsen it only if you already have acne in the first place. The major reason I think is because it increases igf-1. I've had acne for long time and I tried abstaining from sugars, dairy and was still breaking out. Now I eat milk, cheese, whey and chocolate everyday and don't breakout, because I follow a proper skincare regime. I also do fasting which might be helping as well since it decreases igf-1.

It's individual and what's working for me might not be working for you. The last skincare regime I followed was: alternate between - one night epiduo - next night tretinoin 0.025%, along with a mild cleanser and moisturizer for my skin type + spf. Since that didn't seem to reduce my sebum production and I'm oily as fuck all the time + I was still getting 1-2 pimples every now and then, I decided to start microdosing Accutane with tretinoin, for more info: https://looksmax.org/threads/i-plan-on-self-treatment-with-accutane.279557/

industrial milk, raw milk not make you have acne, pasteurized milk is also less worse

It depends, there has been shown correlation for some people.

High glycemic foods are the worst, they cause acne and break down collagen, you should avoid processed sugary foods and drinks as much as best as you can

Stop drinking cow milk..Use almond
