Apparently milk naturally contains the hormone estrogen? So will drinking milk affect hormone levels in the body? Absolutely brutal if it does

Nowadays everyone is a low T cuck, the point of this site is not to be. I been drinking milk for years and that shit has prob trannymaxxed me fr. Prob why our hunter gatherer ancestors were testesterone moggers w perfect jaws those mfs were not drinking milk

Impossible. Good luck with all the plastics and xenoestrogens. You need a whole new lifestyle if you want to minimize it but and if you can do it. Will require a lot of willpower tbh. Raw milk is the alternative but idk if you can get it where you live

If youve got money you can avoid plastics easy. And it seems like most estrogen comes from drinking milk from what I’ve studied, so cutting milk should drastically reduce e levels and increase t. why arent more people doing this?

Its like 3% or something link the study. Bro if im talking about plastic i mean its everywhere and thats not the only problem. The clothing you wear also decreases T so jfl with that
