Does minox work when there’s 0 hair?

Wanna grow out a more dense beard but at some spots there’s 0 hair growth and never has been. Does derma roller plus minox even work for these cases or is it over

It should work, even without the derma roller. It just takes time. Oral minoxidil is way better for this though
