Just get a blood glucose monitoring kit, its like $50-100 for a quality one. Check fasting blood sugar every morning. When I first started I was on 25mg and my blood sugar was prediabetic even on a low carb diet so I had to drop down to 12.5mg.

I've heard that as well, so, bumping the thread. I wanted to know what the chances of it even are, like, if it was that unsafe, you wouldn't have been bodybuilders abusing it so much
