lateral commisuroplasty has a high risk of getting scars. if you end up getting the scars you’ll either have to fraud with makeup or have gay/aspie scars your entire life

iirc it has a small widening effect if your palate is narrow, gives you some of that extra maxillary support behind the lips

I have a shit lip-nose ratio as well, so far the only solution I’ve found is filler if anyone’s reading this with any other ways to widen the lips (non-makeup) hmu
