Not aesthetically but yes functionally

By aesthetically, you mean no visible shifts to midface ratio and jaw, but I didnt grasp the "functionally" part. Is it health related?

Yes

Functionally as in it makes your hearts and lungs and oxygen flow function less efficiently contributing to long term health issues
