Does mouthguards work for CCW-rotation?

So ive seen a couple of creators make videos about wearing a mouthguard for ccw rotation
i personally think its cope, since ive been using a mouthguard many times a week for a while bitiong down hard, and i havent see na ny improvements

but i want to hear others opinions, so what do you guys think about it?

a mouthguard like reviv, myobrace, shockdoctor won't give you ccw on its own. they will help to keep your jaws aligned and maintain oral posture. it may "unlock" the mandible & encourage mandibular ccw if the mandible is being pulled back. a more specialized appliance you get from a dentist like AMCOP is more likely to do this than some one-size-fits-all mouthguard. but don't get your hopes high.
