(No this isnt chatgpt btw it was just organized by it. COMPLETLEY MY IDEA)

I’ve been thinking about a potential method to influence ccw rotation using EMS (electrical muscle stimulation).

I saw some posts saying that if you train the temporal muscle you will achieve ccw rotation over time. BUT a lot of iqlets are having trouble training it because they cant follow basic steps.

The idea is to place small EMS pads on the temporal muscles, since these muscles are involved in jaw elevation and could theoretically contribute to an upward lifting effect on the face. By stimulating them regularly, the goal would be to encourage a subtle upward/forward change in facial structure over time.

EMS is also used in fitness to strengthen body muscles (mostly abs)

For the face:
  • EMS can activate and strengthen muscles
  • Temporal muscles are strong and active in jaw positioning
  • Increased muscle tone might influence ideal resting posture of the jaw and face.
(also yes i do know you can fry your brain but its important to not use a high voltage)

LMK WHAT YOU THINK

I've mainly seen it mentioned on the forum for applying it on the malaris/orbicularis oculi to raise/strengthen lower eyelids, this sounds interesting tho
