Does MSE give more forward growth

I want to get MSE but I am scared that it will give me more forward growth since I am already forward grown to the point where my side profile looks like a German Shepherd’s. Is there any type of appliance that can expand the maxilla and give you lateral growth only instead of forward growth?

My mandible is long but my chin has no projection. My maxillary forward growth is the same as Barrett’s.

I have been told this many times when I asked users for rating in Lookism. Everyone was surprised at how my maxilla is forward grown despite everything else being subhuman. Long midface as in low IPD in combination with long nose is all genetics tbh.

.5-1 mm ive heard. Especially moreso in the mid face/infraorbitally. Your maxilla should be fine with a negligible difference.
