does MSE improve a recessed midface and under eye area? (any feedback appreciated)

im 18 and my midface is cooked. (photo below). theres a reason for this. i had an underbite my whole childhood and my maxilla has been kept back resulting in that. these 3 years ive had braces and the underbite is gone, however my maxilla remains recessed, my upper palate is crowded and my wisdom teeth are growing sideways in the back. would MSE be able to fix this and maybe give me some forward growth as well as fixing my crowded teeth?

ive seen examples where it has helped with forward growth but some say it pushes out your cheekbones and gives you the balloon face. i have no problem with this as i literally have no cheekbones myself.

im also guessing my upper set of teeth are gonna be more projected and i wont have my top lip as thin before because ive seen MARPE/MSE before and afters and their top lip has been pushed out.( photo below )

get an expander. fix your widom teeth before it gets cooked beyond saving. it wont give you much forward projection, but in rare cases your doctor can combine marpe with facemask and give you forward growth up to 4-5 mm. then you can get double jaw surgery.

That’s individually dependent, it could improve your midface aesthetics or could also not really do anything. The best option is probably getting a cone beam CT scan and asking a surgeon about it
