My experience yes and you don't need to take it daily and most amazon pills aren't in the ideal proportions.

By work I mean it helps to maintain morning height - does not make you taller.

Prob not by itself but combined into a stack as a support item I guess it could help in the long run minimally though. I take about 4000mg everyday but theres people that take multiple grams. I use it for skin and hair health though.

why this over a pill with similar ratios ive found, and how often do u take it

A double dose once a week - where's the pill that you've found? Most ratios that I found were pretty off.
