does mt2 have any effect on post acne marks

As in PIE, I dont actually get scarring for some reason i get tiny red spots, that take long to fade away, will mt2 worsen them or make them look better cuz of the tanned colour. Just asking. I'll still wear concealer anyway and theyre mostly faded away but i wanna know
