Does my asymmetry destroy me

I know I’ve not very symmetrical as of my shift jaw and for some reason one side of my face is just flat so I have a few questions

1: in real life is it super noticeable

2:can it be fixed if so how

3:does it keep me at Ltn forever even if I get lean and fix my hair

No you have htn potential with leanmaxx and hair but I would consider some surgery to fix it if you have the money

Thanks bro I’ve been doing some research and I think if I get Invisalign to extend my pallet it will fix my jaw but then my upper third is still unsymmetrical

Ive been doing this style lately but I know it isn’t ideal as I don’t need volume on the top but actually need it on the side but I’m not sure on what to get to achieve this and my hair is very straight and thin
