Don't do chin implant... I had one for 13 years and it started to recess into the bone, just do it the right way with a sliding genioplasty which will also look much better.

Getting fanboyed hard here. Reality is it would obviously improve your SMV. If you ever wanna ascend to god tier it will be necessary for you (obviously skin is primary). Will it change how girls perceive you? Doubt it. Will it make you more confident? Absolutely. Basically just get it when you have ample income to help ascension to god tier.
