My eyes always look like that from wearing color contacts and them irritating my eyes. Everyone always thinks I’m high all the time including the cop that pulled me over. He made me get out of the car and do a sobriety test. I passed with flying colors. But I told him it was my contacts and he didn’t believe me. Also I had to take my 4 inch elevator shoes off to do the walk in a straight line and the cop was like WTF are those high heels for men?
