Edit: Actually do you think there could be "too much" bone than needed? I don't know if that makes sense

Yes, if it's unproportionally distributed. F.e. big and low cheekbones are generally not contributing to attractiveness and make the face look fat.

No do not get buccal fat removal you tard. You have a compact midface along with a wide face a similar problem I have and we guys have to cut really really low for very good angularity. But trust me losing weight would mog over buccal fat removal.
