Does my lazy eye seriously detract from my appearance or is it a minor detail I shouldn't need surgery for?

I can't get surgery done for 8 months. They need to do a lot of testing first. Fuck

Hopefully, my other good features turn my lazy eye problem into "handsome guy with flaws that oddly make him even more charming". Like how an introverted chad would be "mysterious" instead of just a loner loser.

FTR Jason Momoa has a serious lazy eye. Maybe having a lazy eye isn't as bad as I thought

Not in your case, sorry brocel.
I'm going to get it done in Mexico or something then. I'm not waiting 8 months to get this shit fixed.

What it us is a vein attached to your eye ball pulling it one way. The surgery to fix it is extremely simple. Shouldn't be expensive either. They just simply snip the vein and your eye will be normal. I'd recommend you do it.

I've always wanted to ask, does it effect your vision any? Do you see straight ahead l, or straight out of one eye and not in the other? I guess you wouldn't know tge difference if you've been that way all your life.

My lazy eye is actually partially blind. I can see through it and make out my environment but it's kind of like there's an object overlapping my view. Not necessarily blocking it but more like I would see the object and what's around me at the same time. Since it's the weaker eye my brain depends on the left eye instead, causing the right eye to atrophy and shift off-center.

Wow. I'm sorry to hear that.
