Does my maintenance calories change if I started going to the gym 6x a week 2 weeks ago?

yes increasing how much energy u use in a daily basis will burn more calories but this is obvious
change the split to u/l or fb oed fb oed is the most optimal but recovering from the fatigue is hard for a beginner too

I was just a bit confused since I'm in a calorie deficit rn to lose weight but didn't know if I had to change the amount I consume since I started going to the gym
