expansion is always favoured but it litteraly depends on your lower jaw fully bc if it can't accomadate anything you cant do anything except braces which will just untip it which could make it a little wider.

the right side is fitting, the left side is dangling a little, after expansion i had braces and think because of that i cant fully fit my tongue, and when i try to not mew because my tongue is aching, i just cant my tongue always keeps up the surfacd
