Does my mouth qualify for mse

I have had braces before, but I was left with an off center midline and slight crossbite. In addition, my palate is very tall and narrow, I have very little tongue space. This does impact non-cosmetic parts of my life, like minor sleep apnea and snoring, air hunger, and bad breath. Before I get an orthodontic consultation i want to be more sure. What do you guys think?

is it possible to have a wide palate without tongue space bc i cant comfortably rest my tongue on the roof of my mouth
