I couldnt swallow pills either my mum would crashout at me cuz i needed them for my stomach or smth, i had to work up by swallowing slightly larger bits of food, ½ of a pill ¾ of a pill and then the full one after like a fucking week

I can swallow anything without even needing liquid now, back then i had to use really thick yoghurt
