hydrocortisone, accutane will give you a slimmer appearence as it systematically works on your pores (wont last long after your treatment ends)

isotretioin or tretinoin? ISO is accutane , and tretinoin is a topical , but yes tretinoin can also give a shrinked effect to if your glands are really big on your nose, and you can do that long term instead of accutane
