i have the same shit. septoplasty only fixes the septum so the shape wont change but you will breathe better. so you probably need both septo and rhino. same as me

I have deviated nose too and in spain insurance dont cover because they are fucking sub5 niggas and doctors dont want anybody to ascend,I had to pay to go to a private hospital because they didnt have surgeons for my lung surgery
