i have the same shit. septoplasty only fixes the septum so the shape wont change but you will breathe better. so you probably need both septo and rhino. same as me

I have deviated nose too and in spain insurance dont cover because they are fucking sub5 niggas and doctors dont want anybody to ascend,I had to pay to go to a private hospital because they didnt have surgeons for my lung surgery

Tbh the nose isnt that bad, the bridge just looks really wide but its atleast lined up with lips and philtrum
