The groove could have "changed" due to lighting. You lips could be narrower if you were tensing your zygomatic muscles in the first. It should be noted the pictures aren't perfect to compare I had to resize them and the angles were slightly different.

But I made thousands of pics and the philtrum/groove are never been so small as some pics in 2018

My philtrum was super big and swollen for 2 years after I put a clothespin on it for some nights to stretch my nasolabial folds (dumbest idea ever)
And I think it will never go back to before

I probably made my philtrum worse by putting a clothespin on it for some nights in 2018 to stretch my nasolabial folds
It was huge swollen looking for like over 2 years
Now it recovered a bit
