Can actually use a palate expander or even Myobrace for a bigger maxilla, only problem is there can be asymmetry with palate expanders

I didn’t know any better. I mouth breathed until I was 16 (21 now) but my left side of my face is continuing to collapse cause I can’t swallow correctly or engage the back part of my tongue. The right side is actually not quite as bad
