Your head shape isn't what's wrong, what you need to do is get a goddamn haircut, eliminate the mustache and sideburns, get thinner eyebrows, get contacts or a thinner glasses frame, and most important of all, zap that gigantic mole on your nose.

Your skin quality is objectively good, but it's all the fuzz, bad haircut, and the mole that's holding you back.
