Does my tongue tie need to be removed?(pics down🔽)

my tongue always stays up the roof, i cant let it go, the issue is sometimes the front of tongue starts aching + i think its because of tongue tie, whats your suggestions for these


And I had a friend in childhood, he also removed his tongue tie and couldnt speak for days, after that many years later his face developed very good, despite his family didnt have that good face
