Does myopia has a difference in looks?

Like I read on org that very high myopia made person's eyes too big and lots of uee.

So like does small amount of myopia -0.5 range up to -2 or even -3 does it make a difference?
Lin00b on stream said his eyes were that of a tennis ball, I'm thinking not just the orbital bones have a difference but so does the eye ball length, my logic is that the less "diseases" a person has the more gl he is.

Mild myopia does not make your eyeballs visibly bigger since the axial length change is tiny less than 1mm. Anything higher than -6.0 D can potentially make them eyes look bigger tho
