does neck maxing make sense?

But it so happened that we have different physiology, body structure. Compared to me, his neck seems wider than mine. And it seems to me that there is no good reason to pump up the neck because everything depends on the physiology of the person. Also, according to my observations, the width of the neck depends on the volume of the skull, that is - if a person has a small skull, accordingly a small neck, if a large one, then a large neck. if u have a small skull neck size doesn’t even matter
