different people have different minds, us humans have all a lot in common but we’re mentally complex, our evolution is different, our brains are complex, so people will develop thinking differently obviously

everyone’s different, some differ more than the majority, but i wouldn’t say that should be labeled a disability unless it’s a low functional neurodivergent ( retardation level ).

so in the end of the day, does it even exist? outside of ignorant labels

i do fit in vague "neurodivergent" criteria, probably not enough to gen diagnosed, but something that would be considered physiological (key word). But i genuinely believe it's all core beliefs.

i can understand the concept of belief system being influenced by genetics but it's very hard for me to accept that language is so integrained in everything. It feels like i could switch the beliefs any second and be normal tho i have lived with them whole my life

@swt i read some of your past posts, do you think your own "nd" behavior is a result of some destructive beliefs? Like maybe you just have genetically predetermined ability to hold a thought for a very long time (and you just happened to pick up harmful ones and hold them for years) and the ability IS the dna core of neurodivergence

well neurodivergent ≠ retarded
i'm diagnosed with several disorders and therefore psychiatrically classified as neurodivergent
neurodivergence is atypical neurological function which covers a variety of mental disorders which in themselves cover a variety of types, levels, etc.
that's why some ND's are just seen as strange or lonely but still appear normal, and why some are non-verbal and other things.

I would say it definitely does but people exaggerate it to try and label any behavior even slightly out of the norm

But the pattern of obsession / low perceived empathy / lack of self concept / lack of theory of mind / gut issues / poor motor skills etc etc is too consistent and recognizable to normies for me to write off
