Try to get stimulants for ADHD (d before you ask for GLP-1s, they will think you are anorexic if you ask for glp and then stim.
If they do get you GLPs (which you have to have your bmi considered obese) , all they can give you is semaglutide, which like 80% of its effectiveness is just due to the fact that it reduces appetite (which is the same way stims do weight loss anyway)

Do not pin steroids and reta at the same time for your first cycle

You can do reta to cut (No anabolics)

and then do your first cycle once you start bulking, have successfully done a cut to below 15% bodyfat, know how all the gym equipment works, and are able to consistently go to the gym multiple times a week

Strictly follow the dose protocol on the bottle
Do not take two or three pills unless instructed to by your doctor
If you find it gives you a crash switch to extended release
Your doctor will start you off on a low dose - just take it for a while and at the next appointment say you felt a noticeable change but it was very weak and you think you might need a higher dose

Also do unrelated question but do you actually have ADHD/ADD

possibly my sister has it so i wouldnt doubt it if i do. arent the symptoms of having it not being able to focus and constantly moving etc

Sadly, outside of prescription drugs (metformin, Ozempic) there is not much you can do to suppress appetite.


You can add protein and fiber to your diet but in my experience it honestly does not help very much.

Adderall will have you wired and ready for school

If they recommend you Ritalin instead of adderal don’t protest or say no I want adderal (at least not for now) cuz they will get sus. Just try Ritalin first and if it doesn’t work next appointment switch to adderall

Never get addicted to nicotine, it ruins your life. I literally can't stop chain vaping and wasting $30 every 2 days on new disposable vapes.

If you want to suppress appetite just eat carnivore, whenever I do carnivore (meat, egg, butter diet) I literally cannot overeat because I get full too quickly.

Kinda, for me ive found if im hungry I’ll still be hungry after i get a buzz.

It helps more so in the moment, when you are experiencing the effects of nicotine it doesn’t make you wanna eat anymore
