If your looksmaxing stay away from that stuff. It has long term affects for short term pleasure. You don't want to end up losing your looks at 30 like most people.

But anecdotal evidence from my own life since I smoked 10/20 a day for all my 20s and lots of my friends did.

Some aged badly some look the same. It depends on the Gene's.
