it does not debloat ur face, however, my personal experience with ciggaretes SPECIFICALLY haves make my cheeks very hollow but thats bc i killed my collagen so the skin is fucked giving it that hollow "debloated" look so no it does not debloat you but it def kills the collagen in the skin giving that affect in the cheeks, only with ciggaretes though
