Nicotine in itself is not good for you it’s literally classified as a poisonous stimulant. I don’t understand how I managed to continuously keep using it.

elaborate nicotine in high doses is a neurotoxin but the amounts that humans use are harmless and beneficital if the methods were not fucked

elaborate
When you utilise nicotine in for example tobacco smoke your first experience is increased physiological effects such as an increased heart rate, dizziness, intent to vomit, etc. It’s poisonous

snus-gum recession or cancer
Gum recession is a myth - yes your gums can shed skin if you use them frequently but your gums will never visibly recede from snus.

Not sure how snus would cause cancer either...

Just because it didn’t happen to you, doesn’t mean it isn’t a common experience in general. Regardless of the dosage it’s still poisonous

I assume some sort of mouth cancer if someone were to get diagnosed with a cancer especially due to long term use

thats cause most of the time the people who vomited or had headaches were either kids or early teens
OR taking high doses for the first time example 20mg
