Does no fap actually change your life and if so what changed for you

It has been to much recently and im disgusted by myself, i wanna stop but before that i need to know what will change so i can use it as motivation. I have stopped doing it before for like a week or two but didn't notice any difference besides a little more time and a slight energy boost but nothing crazy. Wpndering what my life would look like in a couple of months if i stopped and if it would be easier to talk to girls.

I just started fapping again after 28 days and there's no difference. Other than having post nut clarity again which is good
