Does no fap increase test?

I wanna have as much test as possible cuz I know i got low test. because I can never go for round 2. In bed i try my best (mostly for the girl), but when I’m alone it genuinely feels like im just raping myself. I also saw that no fap makes ur dih game better etc.

according to the data i believe it was like test peaks after 7 days then drops off and returns to baseline, so if you were trying to be hyperoptimal then every 7 days? but def quit the porn no matter what whether you do nofap or not bc it fucks with alot of things in the brain related to sex
