Stop coping, you just have bad hair genes. Hop on fin or watch your hair leave your scalp.

Not sure how much it helps baldness but a few doctors said if you do it constantly it does reduce zinc enough to possibly contribute a little to norwooding.

This. There are good reasons to jerk off less (and especially to stop porn - so you don't get ED when you do have sex with a real woman) but it wont do anything regarding balding.

There are tons of chronic jerkoffs who have a full head of hair, and monks who abstain all their lives and go bald.

It's all genetics. There are no ways to cheat your genes except Minoxidil and hair transplants.

and not fin?

oral minoxidil perhaps?

Finasteride can stop ongoing MPB from progressing further.

It can't regrow hair or even spawn new hair into follicles that have small white vellus hairs like Minoxidil.

Finasteride can make existing hair follicles thicker though so if you're balding it's always a good idea to use both Fin+Minox.

Of course, if you have money, a hair transplant to get the hairline you desire is the ideal option.

biggest sides from it?

do eating any foods, or lifestyle impact its effect?

Male Pattern Baldness is dictated by one thing only: genetics.
If you got the short end of the stick, you will go bald, even if you abstain from masturbation and live the healthiest life imaginable.
Conversely, if you didn't get those genes, you can be a homeless crackhead that masturbates twice an hour and still have a full head of hair.

To answer more directly: No, the scientific consensus is that masturbation has no connection to hair loss whatsoever.

what about the positive correlation of having a lot of dht. do you think there are health benefits to having so much dht thati t causes balding. (Even though its dht sensitivity, not dht levels that cause baldness for follicles.) but is having a ton of dht good for you in some ways?

Nah, DHT causes baldness, body hair, enlarged prostate (which leads to trouble urinating and cancer).
Fin and dut are actually prostate medication, hair is just a byproduct.

Ejaculation causes increased prolactin and estrogen. You lose a shit ton of nutrients. PMO will have a negative impact on your hair.

No, DHT is only a byproduct of testosterone useful only during puberty but a shit hormone overall.

Chads would go bald from sex having if that was true.

Excessive ejaculation causes you hair to lose moisture at the very least.

Chads who stay Chads over long periods of time all do some form of semen retention.

It's tight scalps and the skull shape that mostly causes the DHT balding effect. Bad circulation environment promotes DHT hanging around follicles also. It's no coincidence most DHT "sensitive" people usually have those head shapes and tight scalps.

This is very low iq post, do you think a 40% increase in test would result in significant more hair loss??

Also new research coming out where DHT might not even be the primary cause, the muscle around the skull makes the scalp tight and that seems to be whats causing hair loss.

but age. and dht.

so is it prolonged tension or hormones hcanging form age.

Its the lack of nutrients going into the scalp due to very tight scalps that cause balding per say. In a couple of years there might be legit solutions for this shit that don't rely on cucking you by nuking your DHT.

If you are vitamin deficient, over doing it will fuck your hair up. Im speaking from experience. I went 15 days on nofap in 1 go and my scalp stopped itching, dandruff disappeared and my hair was healthier overall. It can speed up or slow down actual mpb. I have plenty of screenshoted detailing what's happening when you fap. Not to mention majority on nofap report better hair overall

Will post the screenshots later

More oval type head shapes. It creates more tension than more square shaped top of skulls. Also having skulls that force the neck out create a stronger chance of balding due to poorer circulation.

people literally told me that stopping dht will cause a million issues or some shit. is that true. i haven't really heard anyone say shit about it cliically.

Just read these. Dont listen to dumb fucks here that kill their meat every day until they die to male models and girls they will never touch. Crab bucket mentality dominates this shithole of a site

Could go on forever, finding similar reports coming from youtube, reddit, nofap forums and everywhere on the internet.

so what you're trying to say is that the hair follicles are tight as is, and aging will just tighten them because the skin gets thicker? I mean, testosterone plays a role since men go bald way more.

Baldness is caused by DHT and genetics

Why would Nofap do anything?

"If your hairs are sensitive to D-H-T who knows what will happen!" "Don't ruin yourself just for your hair!"

I always tell people to see how they respond to scalp loosening and dermarolling before taking DHT blockers but I do think some people may have no choice if their skull is shaped too much for baldness.

what are the treatments for scalp loosening that you are talking about.

Pro tip. You never want to waste precious materials. After fap, I use the sauce from the sausage as a lotion for my scalp.

It's just massaging it loose everyday and dermarolling with 1.5 mm roller every 2 weeks or so. Mine is way looser now after being very tight.

what if you transplant beard hair. it's dht resistant. do you think the oval headed men will still lose it bc of bad blood flow?

No, thats not how it works. You lose hair on the scalp because of scalp tightness which causes poor circulation, thats why the hair dies up there.

yes but do transplanted hairs especially beard ones that are dht proof last?

they will die because of the lack of oxygen and nutrients in the scalp.

The hair from your beard is not special its not "dht proof" or anything.

Literally more hair from the front has androgen receptors.that's not a coincidence. plus how most people who are nw5 have thick beards. are you fucking stupid lol.

why are 99% of cases of pattern baldness male. bc of testosterone. troll prolly.

This might shed some light on what im trying to say.

Some MOSTLY TEMPORAIRY hairloss, can happen from lifestyle, neutrients deficiensiess, etc... Which can happen if a dude is constantly nutting alot. Zinc defiencies and stuff.
But lets phase it. it's mostly cope. Most got bald because of their genes, not because of neutrients defincies.

A dude don't need to go full Nofap. A dude should have enough neutrients intakes form food and stuff, that he can keep good neutrients level with nutting a couple of times per week.

I subscribe to the theory that a tight scalp and poor craniofacial structure lead to the environment that promotes more DHT affecting the follicles by less oxygen and less blood flow etc. If you have good blood flow and loose scalp the DHT doesn't hang around the follicles as much to start the norwooding. It's why balding follows that standard tension pattern in males.

K hair transplants don’t work then? Even hairs that are not androgen sensitive. I mean if you’re saying it’s the territory rather than the androgen then why do people get hair transplants lol

Low DHT looking guys with bad craniofacial structure and tight scalps balding at worse rates than higher DHT looking males with less scalp tension suggests it's other things making the DHT work it's norwooding magic up there. As far as Botox the few studies showed hair growth in balding men who had it done.

Yes, but isn’t there a dangerous side effects of getting Botox on your cranium? Or not. Also, do you know anyone, if anyone, is doing these procedures for hair loss help? Or are we not advanced yet, but most people are on board with the theory

Not really sure about the side effects with Botox up there but it seems like they would be less than normal Botox injection areas. I am surprised more people haven't tried it myself
