I've done it before (longest streak 53 days) and I could kinda feel improvements in energy and confidence but might just be placebo.

I have observed that the only people I ever see talking about nofap all the time and preaching it are beta bluepilled redditors as well as redpilled cucks, I don't think I've ever seen a genuine chad preaching it.
