Does NoFap have results if you just dont have urges?

After spamming lots of threads abt tiktok girls a guy blackpilled me super hard abt NoFap, I believed in its effectiveness before but never enough to really commit, but he enlightened me. Anyways that day about a week ago I decided imma legit try to never fap again (obv ill prolly fail at some point, but like i actually believe in myself now that eventually ill stop forever). But, ever since that day that I decided to start NoFap I legit randomly just didnt get turned on by anything so it has been super easy, but im also still super depressed doing nothing in my dark room all day (my skin is starting to peel jfl) and i dont really feel any motivation etc from NoFap.

Basically if you dont get urges in the first place does that mean you arent really doing NoFap so you get no results?
