this might sound weird but trust me people throw so many shit around when it comes to fapping here (it lowers T, gives you ED) I am genuinely lost. Is it best to abstain from time to time and release every once in a while? Drop it completely? Or it doesn't even matter and one can go coomer mode without consequences?
 
NOFAP IS UTTER NONSENSE BUT IT TAKES AWAY FROM YOUR ABILITY TO CHANNEL IT IN ACTUAL SEX. ABSTAIN IF YOU ARE HAVING SEX, YOURE NOT GONNA GET A MEDAL FOR STARVING YOURSELF FOR NO REASON

Fat loss comes down to eating in a calorie deficit.

There's a reason the boxing and MMA community view the "No sex or ejaculation before a fight" as debunked and an absolute myth now.
