Does nofap increase your confidence, reduce your anxiety, make you more attractive to females etc, or is it just a myth?

I'm only on day 9 and i can say 100% sure it does all of it. Social anxiety is all but gone, I wanna talk to others, I make eye contact with out thinking and because you are so sure of yourself... females generally gravitate towards you.

Perhaps, but most people's problems are structural. They're not about mindset. They're more about lack of value, opportunity or position in life. It's the central lie of the self-help industry that small psychological changes will manifest in life changing results -- when really you're where you are for deeper structural reasons. Improving your mind for yourself is great, but I wouldn't expect it to manifest in dating unless you're actually approaching, escalating or looksmaxing. Those are things that actually matter.

It helps with getting stronger erections I did almost a week of nofap and it's been ages since I saw my dick going up so fast and staying so hard easily.
