i believe nofap does lower testosterone

but supposedly it also increases pheromones and lowers inhibition

so maybe there's a tradeoff there

it's hard to know for sure though, in part because there are different styles of nofap

for example, some people "edge" a lot, while others are more strict with it

I only do it like once every two weeks tbh. I need to stop watching porn completely. At least I'm not like the kids in my year, one of them used to coom 4 times a day
