I've never really enjoyed talking about "male focused topics" like cars, sports or machinery in general.
I am not saying that they don't interest me, i know the basic stuff, but i never really understood why basically every guy makes liking cars or motorcycles their whole personality, when in reality most of them don't actually like those stuff as much as they talk about them, rather they pretend to like them just to fit in.
Same goes for sports (especially football), every guy i ever know, loved football and always talked about it, i don't really like football tbh, i like other sports like martial arts or chess (if you consider it a sport), i love to play chess.
I like other topics way better.
I always loved astronomy and the universe, even as a child and even more now.
It interests me SO much, to think about the universe, i love to learn about astronomy more and more, what is behind all that pitch black.
I also loved to learn about history in school, none of my classmates liked it, but it always (even as a child) amused me, what was happening all those years ago, how was life back then.
I love mitology, secrets of life and the world, The philosophy .
So yeah, all the guys that i know talk about eather cars or sports.
And when i am around them, i am thinking if i am less of a man than them because i have different interests, not as "manly" as society is presenting to us.
I would love to hear your thoughts on this.
