Title, if it doesn't what does (not dutasteride pls)

Solution

What topical anti androgens?
fin and dut are 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors. They do not actually block the androgen hormones themselves. Instead, they block the enzyme that converts test into dht in the first place, wich is why they are so efficient.

topical anti androgens are androgen receptor blockers. They work physically sitting on and blocking the androgen receptors in the hair follicles themselves instead of inhibitng 5-AR.

So in simple terms they allow DHT to exist but just not in the scalp.

A popular topical anti androgen would be RU55841

But some say it could go systemic so be careful if you don't want to stunt your development.

sorry for my shitty english lol.
topical anti androgens and minox is all you can do

ye but you can eat dut oral min for breakfast and won't regrow much , the real cure is estrogen injections on scalp

Idk but im norwood 1 or almost 1
I'd say take a more conservative approach unless you are really balding fast. Save the fin/dut for when you're done growing. You should be fine with minoxidil for now, could even use microneedling as well if you have any areas you want to focus on.
